Service Providers
We scope and assess your need with no upfront charge to you. When you select the right service provider group, you contract with them directly at a competitive price and they pay us a connection fee when you start working with them.
You don’t pay us, and they don’t pay us, if we don’t deliver the right fit for both sides.

Interim Executives & Independent Consultants
We scope and assess your need with no up-front charge to you. When you select the right Interim executives and independent consultants, you contract with them at a mutually agreed upon
competitive rate. If you or your affiliates decide to take them on as a full time employee or board member, BluWave charges you a success-based placement fee.
You don’t pay us, and they don’t pay us, if we don’t deliver the right fit for both sides.
We handle the billing and pay the individual directly, which allows them to focus on your project without having to handle the complexities of professional back-office billing.

Senior Advisor Placement
There is an initial charge to begin our connection service for a senior advisor placement as these are highly bespoke processes that require substantial upfront work. When you successfully engage a senior advisor, they often require fees for ongoing interim work. BluWave will bill you and pay them for such work.
If you or your affiliates decide to take them on as a full-time employee or board member, BluWave charges you a success-based placement fee. The one-time upfront fee rolls into and offsets any final placement fee. After placement, BluWave will charge no further fees unless otherwise agreed.
