The phrase Karma School of Business is one of my Texan-rooted sayings that I coined. It's a philosophy I developed over years and years, learning things the hard way while growing up in a large entrepreneurial family, spending nearly 20 years in the private equity industry and founding one of the fastest-growing companies in the country. This philosophy essentially espouses if you work hard, and more simply focus on doing good things with and for good people, constantly look to learn, make others, and in turn yourselves more successful, and don’t overcomplicate motivations or life, things tend to take care of themselves and go in the right direction with a much higher degree of certainty.
